Effective for school year 2022 - 2023: Please allow at least 72 hours for us to process and make your order. When placing your order, you will be required to select a pickup date and time. Please understand that our pickup windows are 1 hour each; your selected time may fall 15 minutes before or after the hour window (this is to allow more orders placed in the same window). We will confirm your pickup window time when we confirm your placed order. Please remember, you MUST be at your selected delivery location during the time frame you selected. If you are late, you will need to reschedule your delivery date and time. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship our products at this time.

To order a mum or garter, simply click on the product you want, and add it to your cart.
**When you place your order,you are required to enter information about colors and name choices for each product. If you are not sure or do not want the included name, please indicate this in the required field. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order. We will not begin making your order until it is confirmed, so it is important that you answer or return our phone call/text message confirming.
Unless extras are added to the cart with your chosen products, payment for additional customization is due at the time of pickup. We will contact you to confirm all requested customization prices within 24 hours of your order. If you are not sure about what you'd like to add, we are happy to help you before you order or once you have ordered the product(s) you want. If you do not see a customization choice that you want to order, do not worry! Some of our extras are not included here, as there are far too many options to add- be sure to tell us what you are looking for when we call to confirm your order. Please DO NOT only order customization products- all orders of this nature will be cancelled and refunded in full without further explanation. Finally, please note that ring mums do not allow room for additional customization.
Return Policy: All sales are final. Upon order, refunds may be accepted if an order was placed accidentally or incorrectly, determined by discretion of Mum's the Word. There is a $5.00 service charge for all refunds granted. Absolutely no refunds or requests for change are granted once Mum's the Word has begun making an order. Upon delivery, returns or changes may only be made if a mistake on the part of Mum's the Word was made, and only if the customer does not wish for Mum's the Word to correct said mistake. Any wishes for change after Mum's the Word has started to make your order will result in a new charge for the full amount of said change, and without refund of the amount of the original order.
